Sliding
door elements
Do you know the advantages they have? In small apartments
the space normally taken up by the door becomes usable
floor space. And by using sliding door elements in busy
areas such as the kitchen, hallway or storeroom, you
can open up a whole new range of options of movement
and space utilisation. With sliding door elements it
is possible to save space in all kinds of ways.
'techno'
- sliding door fitting
techno, a visible achievement inspired by rural farmhouses
- a space-saving system unlike other sliding door fittings
which are hidden behind ornamental panels. techno sits
confidently and in full view on the wall.
Sliding
doors in old rural farm cottages around HUGA’s
head office proved to be the inspiration for this design-oriented
system.
The
HUGA designers have taken this space-saving approach
and adapted it to produce a stylish and up-to-date system
in matt finished stainless steel with runners, roller
and adjustable eccentric to prevent “jumping out”.
techno
can be fitted on many HUGA doors of derived timber products,
wood/glass combinations such as the riva and sueno designer
doors or with ESG glass doors.
Derived
timber doors are flush mounted, resulting in a perfectly
harmonious unit of door and fitting.
Ceiling
mounting
No door lintel? Techno can also be mounted under the
ceiling New scope for sliding doors in front of the
wall. HUGA can now mount its techno sliding door fitting
directly onto the ceiling.
This
new suspension option expands the techno model meaningfully
– for as with mounting on the wall, all elements
remain visible. |
